At a time when Mercy Bend Sanitarium has been taken over by a secret govenment body called the Directorate, the goddess refuses to admit that she has lost power and influence as she has aged. Unfortunately for her plans, her husband is no longer as maliable as he once was. A matter of age, perhaps, of indifference, or maybe its because he is having conversations with a voice that whispers within his mind.
